L3 Homeation (FIBARO Singapore) has awarded the project from Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd to install FIBARO intelligent home system in its 530 units of Hundred Palms residential in Singapore.
Established since 1983, Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd, a dynamic property developer who has since completed over 900 quality homes and currently has a pipeline of more than 500 private residential units at different stages of development at the time of writing. It has recently launch its EC project, Hundred Palms.
Hundred Palms is situated in Hougang, Singapore (District 19), along Yio Chu Kang road. It sits on almost 200,000 sq ft of lush carefully curated piece of land. 9 blocks of residential units are constructed strategically to ensure every unit will come with a great view.
FIBARO, a well know smart home system in Singapore has been installed in more than 5 major estates by L3 Homeation will also be installed in Hundred Palms estate.
