The Foscam R2 (H264+2.0 Megapixel) is an integrated IP Camera solution for indoor use with Pan/Tilt. It combines a high quality digital video camera ( with network connectivity and a powerful web server, bringing clear video to your desktop from anywhere on your local network or via the Internet.

The basic function of the R2 is the transmitting of remote video across the IP network. The high-quality video image can be transmitted across the LAN at a speed of 30fps using H264 hardware compression technology. The image resolution is (1920×1080) (2M Pixels).

The Foscam R2 camera is based on the TCP/IP standard. It contains a WEB server which supports Internet Explorer. As a result, the management and maintenance of your device is made simple through the use of a network to enable remote configuration, start-up and the upgrading of firmware. The Foscam R2 can be used to monitor important areas such as your home and your office. The Foscam R2 can easily be controlled, and its images managed, across the network.

This Foscam camera can penetrate darkness for up to 8 meters with the help of its 13 infrared LED. WPS to simplify the wi-fi setup and with a Human Body detector to prevent false alarms from motion detect and have a more accurate alarm system. WDR to have good quality pictures with bright and dark environments. P2P functionality using EZLink.
