FIBARO Bypass 2 is a device designed to work with FIBARO Dimmer 2, to be used with LED bulbs or energy saving compact fluorescent lamps.  FIBARO Bypass 2 prevents LEDs from flickering and turned off compact fluorescent lamps from glowing.   In 2-wire connection, FIBARO Bypass 2 reduces the minimum power of load required by the Dimmer for correct operation.  Bypass 2 provides powering of Dimmer 2 in case of controlling low loads.

New Intelligent FIBARO Bypass 2

To increase the possibilities of the Dimmer 2 even more, FIBARO have designed the new, microprocessor controlled Bypass 2.  FIBARO Dimmer 2 may require FIBARO Bypass 2 for load less than 50W.  (Note:  Only use FIBARO Bypass 2 FGB-002 with FIBARO Dimmer 2.  Using FIBARO Dimmer 2 with the old Bypass FGB-001 may damage the dimmer).
